Verdict's in...I'm obsessed

As most of you probably know, I'm kind of a musical freak. Actually, musical schizophrenic is probably the better term for it...you've never seen someone switch gears from Shoshtakovic to Los Tigres Del Norte so quickly. Trust me. Name a genre and I probably have some incarnation of it in my music library (ahem...I'm looking at you, Broadway fanatics). Why am I telling you this? First off, I feel like this blog is going to have to be musically oriented, mainly because it's one of the few things that I think I can write about indefinitely. Secondly, scouring the internet for music blogs that satisfy my constant craving for total groove can be compared to a sort of drug in my case. Constant. Mental. Stimulation.

In today's edition of "Kyle's Auditory Hallucinations" , we're going to move along the lines of latin/urban/hip-hop/whathaveyou, specifically this particular network of blogs. This one ain't bad either. I now have enough 45 minute playlists to last an entire road trip back to OC, and probably then some. Oh, and I'm sure my neighbors love me.

For those of you interested in Brasil's carioca funk, try this on for size. Fusion at it's finest.

Indulge yourself.

Why hello there internets.

So I find myself home sick on a Monday, fever and all (swine flu? oh please no) and looking for ways to keep my hallucinating brain entertained. A recent company email about "safe blogging" got me thinking about my old intertron-writing ways, so I figured I might give it a go again. I'm going to go ahead and leave the old high school era blogspot page in mothballs and give Vox a shot.

What can you expect on this page? I don't know...you tell me. Whatever the case, I'm sure I'll find a way to keep it relatively entertaining. After all...this. Is. ARKANSAS.
